Installation

Cost-effective installation services are available for your entire office environment, including client PCs, workstations, mobile devices, routers, and other peripherals.

Custom installation is available for more complex needs. This could be the planning and installation of a complete network or desktop and server replacement and upgrades. These complex situations require thought and experience to complete with minimum downtime and zero data loss.

Basic Hardware Installation Services include:

  • Unpacking new equipment and inspecting it for damage
  • Installation of options purchased with the system and intended to go into the system or CPU box (e.g., extra memory, CD-ROM, etc.)
  • Installation of all necessary cables to integrate printers, monitors, and external storage devices
  • System power on with initial diagnostic; defective hardware will be repaired and replaced under the terms of manufacturers warranty
  • The engineer will ensure the operating system in installed and all devices attached are functional
  • The system will be attached to the network/internet if necessary. Any new patches and drivers will then be installed to the system.
  • Any and all third party programs will then be installed.
